Friday Feature: Visualingual

This “Friday Feature” is on blog whose post I highlighted just recently: VisuaLingual.

According to their about page, VisuaLingual is a small design and print studio located in Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati. The studio visualizes aspects of places through self-authored and commission-based work. This allows them to explore the idiosyncrasies of hyper-localized cultural production, focusing on mostly on Cincinnati, but also beyond.

The blog catalogs their own projects. It is a big intersection of urban life, visual culture, typography, cartography, architecture, interior design, and home decor.

You can see more of their work and shop online in their Etsy shop. Also their work is featured in stores across the U.S.

You can find more of VisuaLingual’s artitcles, on Design*Sponge, BuyCincy, and Apartment Therapy. For the specific articles, go to the VisuaLingual about page and click what interests you.

You are most welcome! I ran across you after your post on the Noguchi Museum in Queens (I lament that I haven’t visited it yet.). Thank you for reading and I look forward to reading more of your great posts.
